I subscribed for awhile, but I agree that there is too much focus on losing weight. I am not really interested in losing weight, but would like more tips on staying fit, exercising right, eating well, etc.

Fitness magazine is great! It highlights the latest trends in excercise, eating healthy and overall well-being. In addition, the magazine makes people feel like their Fitness goals can be achieved, instead of making it seem difficult.

I think that the articles are fun and entertaining to read but most of the articles seem to be lacking in educational value. They seem to contain a lot of common sense information and I seldom actually learn anything from reading the magazine, but I do enjoy reading it when I'm in a waiting room or something.

I really like this magazine. It is very similar to Shape magazine in the format and the content. It provides a little more on the fitness aspect than the nutrition aspect in comparison to Shape and I like that. There are good articles and workouts. I really like these women's magazines that provide workouts for women. I also like how they give guidence on form when lifting weights. Fitness definitely provides good insight on healthy living. If I had to choose one health magazine to subscribe to, it would be Fitness, although a tough decision but it would win out.

This is just another one of those magazines which focuses entirely on losing weight. It gives people the message that to be healthy, a person must be skinny, without taking into consideration that a person can weigh 100 pounds and be very unfit and unhealthy, or be 200 pounds, but be in very good shape, and very healthy.
