02/02/2007 | I had this record when I was 12, one of those skeletons in the closet that I imagine most of us had. Really a mix of Led Zeppelin with the glam rock British bands like T.Rex, Queen, Mott the Hoople and so on, with radio friendly licks, hasn't aged well at all- slick pop metal, closer in spirit to the hair bands than the founding fathers of hard rock and metal. Seemingly every white male teenager: especially dirtballs with a rattail, had it in their collection: before the rattail era was replaced and we entered the age of the mullet.
