I bought some memory, a motherboard, and an Athlon processor. The memory was bad and I returned it to get an exchange. The memory they sent back was even worse.
I have been able to get any customer satisfaction from these people. They don't answer my email and have not sent an RMA code so I can send in the memory to get a refund.
Don't even gamble that they will provide you something that will work. They don't back up their service with any satisfaction!
