    I have purchased many cars over many years and love everybody there. The mechanics there are some of the best an highest certified in the country. As for your bad experience maybe you should try buying a car a little newer than 15 years old.

    In case you don't feel like reading the rant that follows, the primary message here is never buy a used car without taking it to a mechanic to check it over, and if you don't do this, shopping at Community Motors is a very bad idea.My old car had seen better days, so it was time to do some car shopping. I went to Community Motors, and they had a '96 Buick Park Avenue with only 44,000 miles for $6200. I wasn't really looking for something this old, but I fit in it (I'm about 6'4", 255 lbs.; most cars are too small for me) it drove fine, and it sounded like a good deal. The air conditioner needed to be fixed, but they already had the parts ordered. I bought the car.A couple days later the air conditioner was fixed, so I went in to get the car. The next morning I drove to the gas station, filled it up, and...nothing. It would start, stutter, and die repeatedly.
