    Internet is excellent. Rarely slow and no drop outs. TV is excellent. I like the choose your own channels packages. Phone is excellent. If there is a problem with the TV, you can call customer service and speak to a person immediately. A technician is usually sent out the following day. You are not charged extra for this, it's a part of their service. Even if a problem is not resolved the first time, you can call them back again and they will send someone out the following day to fix the problem. You can do this until the problem is resolved. In 2.5 years we have never had an issue with billing. Was thinking of switching to Bell as they offered us a better deal.... but after reading the Bell reviews on this site, I have decided to stay with Vidoetron.
