I do a lot of home bartending and when we have friends/family over I end up making up anywhere from a half dozen to a dozen different kinds of mixed drinks, shots or frozen cocktails. But while everyone else is drinking sours, fuzzy navels or bombers I sit back with a Tom Collins, it's just a great and classy kind of drink and I'm not even over 30 and would rather drink these. However, the last time I ordered one in public they didn't even put the club soda in it so I guess they don't make a lot of'em lol.

A great summer drink. Clean and refreshing, make sure the don't stiff you with the booze though.

An outstanding drink...except I feel like I need to pull out my non-existent AARP card to ever order this in public. Give me 20-30 years and I'll be money with this drink.

Tom Collins are great because the Collins mix adds a twist to the Bicardi and sweet and sour mix. Sometimes they aren't good because they leave a weird aftertaste.

This is a great drink if the right kind of vodka is used. More often than not too much collins or vodka is used.

They do taste good and quite refreshing, but you have to be a senior citizen to even remember these.
