I've never watched any news show she's been on...I tend to stay away from TV news shows unless they're being broadcast from England or France...but, if I can be shallow and superficial for just a few seconds, she's EXTREMELY easy on the eyes, so how can I give her less than 4 stars?

Deb is just as crinkly-cute as ever (the years and the pressure have taken little toll). A seething cauldron of fun beneath the rigors of the corporate boardroom. Still comports herself well, with a good speaking voice and colorful, albeit somewhat staid, wardrobe. A not-so-guilty pleasure.

she's decent looking, but not great at her current position. she can't follow a line of questioning. misses a neccesary follow-up question more than anyone else on television. she's leaving msnbc to spend more time at home i think that's a good idea. she seems like someone who would flourish in local news. she could even be in a glamorous market, but who knows if she'd want to?

Starting to look a bit tired around the eyes, but still revs my engine. Slight overbite is sexy. Like her understated style better than Paula Zahn who's a bit strident.

I always thought she got a raw deal from NBC's today show, but Jane Pauley (who was put out to pasteur because they wanted a new face) got an even worse deal!

Deborah is simply awesome. She is a great news anchor who doesn't get the respect that she deserves; sometimes you can be too beautiful. She can compete with the big boys (& girls) and can ask hard questions without being obnoxious. The fact that she got Back on Track after been unfairly vilified in the today show fiasco is a testament to her ability, drive and talent. Deborah is simply THE BEST!!

I still can't forgive her for replacing Jane Pauley on Today in 1989--she wasn't all that good back then. But she has grown a whole lot as a newscaster on her own with Inside Edition. I don't think her new show is exciting. Didn't like this jump from Inside to this show. But she looks like she is getting more comfortable with the hosting. Maybe in the next 77 shows or so, I'll be converted to it.

Talented, but kind of sad she has never found her niche, bouncing from place to place without truly being at home in either. Haven't seen much of her MSNBC show so I will withhold judgement for now. It makes you wonder why someone with limited skills such as Matt Lauer finds success while Norville hasn't. Just a thought....

I can't quite decide if she's a smart journalist or a smarty-pants journalist. Really rakes some guests over the coals, I guess that's OK if she knows where she's going with the line of questioning.

I used to think she's was OK for Inside Edition. Now she has that night show (which is the lowest-rated cable news show, by the way), and she's trying to be like Katie Couric. She challenges guests to the point of rudeness, even when it's not merited. Hey, Deborah, before you try to imitate Katie too much, why don't you read her ratings on this site first??

A little too wholesome for my taste but she is attractive and smart. Maybe she got too big too quick hence the NBC thing but it appears she's overcome it.

i have been following deborah since she was at wmaq in chicago and she has developed into a competent reporter. i felt badly for her when she went through the today show fiasco which definitely changed the course of her promising career.

I have long been a fan of hers. It is shame what happened to her with NBC. I am glad to see her still working. I have always thought she was sexy, and think she looks great for a woman her age.

Tabloid bitch. Thanks for filling our television with shit we don't want to hear about celebrities. Ooooh, Look! Michael Jackson's nose is getting bigger! Oooh! Forget 9/11! Screw Taliban beating the living hell out of their women. Wacko Jacko's nose is more worth it according to Ol' Debbie!

I agree that empty-headed is a good term for her, even if it does sound a little chavinistic. I just never cared for her. Looks do not matter one bit when it comes to broadcasting the news.

Deborah is an excellent reporter, but just seems sorta' out of it , sometimes..It's like her personal life is coming through and destroys her image. She has Been out a LOT lately, makes you wonder if she has a problem of some kind ??!! but, she is a lovely young lady and I tend to worry about her. Her performance is just not consistent, You just never know, and she needs to be more professional. And what is it, about the way she wanders around the stage???

Totally insipid and lacking in cerebral event. But she is a looker. She'd go great with a black negligee, a bottle of Pinch and a weekend at the El Toro Motel.
