This is my favorite vitamin water flavor.  I think it tastes like ground up baby aspirin in water, which I don't mind.

Tastes like Tang.  If you liked Tang as a child you will like this.  If, on the other hand, you thought that Tang tasted like ground-up aspirins in orange water, you should probably pass on this Essential VitaminWater.

This is a general review on vitamins that are stored in liquid. Buy them for the taste. Buy them for the ability to pump your electrolytes back up, but do not buy them for their vitamin content. I have read study after study on this and vitamins that are marketed in liquid are rendered useless in the bottle within 2-3 weeks after the bottle is sealed. The nasty taste is the calcium lactate (which is the lowest form of calcium and the most biologically unavailable form of calcium) and the ascorbic acid, which is synthethic, lowers your pH and nothing can mask it. (Best calcium? Japanese coral. Best C? Powdered calcium ascorbate).
