Perzan had a great sales process and smooth customer service, but when it came time for the actual installation I wasn't thrilled. There was tape residue left over all over my dash, and the radio wasn't 100% flush with the dash. When I inquired about this, the owner (I can only presume) told me that I could "handle that myself" since it wasn't part of the installation services. I'd think twice about this one.

I wanted to surprise my husband with a remote start system in his SUV this Christmas. I called around to several shops to research and make a decision. I spoke with David at Perzan who explained to me the different types of remote start systems available. I knew Perzan was different when they spent a lot of time educating me on the subject. I know nothing about electronics! What made me choose Perzan was that they were the only shop that said they could make a remote start work through the factory clicker. I knew my husband wouldn't want to carry around two clickers, or replace the one he carries now. The install was completed on time and the system works really well. With the press of a couple buttons on the factory remote, the car will start on its own so it is warm by the time we walk outside. I haven't told my husband about it yet as it is a Christmas gift. Larry explained to me that the system is stealth and invisible. You only know about it if you know the right bu... Read more

I've known Larry and his technicians for a couple years. Originally, Larry and David put together a custom top-notch audio and Alpine radio install in my Honda coupe. I've enjoyed my system tremendously. Additionally, when my high-end speakers started to physically warp, Larry helped me out by replacing them AFTER my warranty had expired at no charge. Larry has also installed Sirius satellite radio in my two other cars. My latest install by Perzan is a Pioneer AVIC-D3 in-dash navigation unit with Sirius, iPod, and Bluetooth. This unit is amazing. Larry went above and beyond to activate my Sirius radio on my account for me, saving me a half an hour on the phone. He helped me to sync my BlackBerry along with its address book into the Bluetooth unit so that I can dial my contacts with a touch of the navigation screen. The installed unit, Bluetooth microphone, and navigation antenna have a factory look. I couldn't be happier. There is nowhere else you should go for your car ... Read more

attention to detail. fabrication heaven.Larry showed me the fabrication shop they built and some of the inventions they made. This shop seems ahead of their time . All i did was add xm radio to my wifes car but i'll be back with my own classic bmw 2002. It wasn't the easiest to get to the store with all the road construction going on, but it didn't seem to bother all the people that showed up to get their cars worked on that day. It was also cool seeing one of the local tv anchors in there getting work done on his car. I would recommend this shop to anyone. their pricing wasn't the cheapest but it was fair and with-in market guidlines.

Like tony the tiger said " they're great" there is no one on the planet that i would allow to work on my porsche but these guys. they made my factory system do things that even porsche couldn't make happen.  I plan on bringing my wife's suburban next.

Larry came highly recommended by the Mercedes dealer in Devon. I live in the DC area and could not find anyone who had the level of knowledge of my car. Larry was open and honest about the pros and cons of the installation (a sat radio and bluetooth in an '03). I drove four hours back to Philly to have the two systems put in the car. The installation was immaculate and both systems work perfectly! Thanks Larry!

I just spent 3,000 fixing their botched installation. Bad wiring and oversale of modules for car audio install. Not happy with Perzan, will never go back.

THis is the place for car audio and other related items. Service is excellent and the product knowledge is great. I've been a customer for over thirty years and been highly satisfied with every installation.
