I think this would be a wonderful product for some people ...COUGHCOUGHAYNCOUGHLENACOUGH... to use on a regular basis.

Midol didn't work at all for me. I took it once and I'll never take it again. I get severe cramps so it didn't do anything. Maybe it will work for people with mild cramps. Tylenol extra strenghth will work a whole lot faster and so will advil..

Blah! It is crazy to think I actually paid for this stuff, when it doesn't help at all. Generic Tylenol does the trick better than Midol. Would not advise women who have serious cramps etc to use this.

i came on this site trying to figure out if anyone had the same side effects as i do when i take midol. i'm sitting here after taking one feeling shakey and sick and i'm still stuck with my cramps. thought it was just me but apparently it isn't. not only that but i get gassy and burp a lot when i take it. Pamprin is a WHOLE lot better even tho i do believe it is slighty more expensive. but either way it works very well. i definately wouldn't recommend midol to anyone expecting to feel better.

I have always used advil, and it was superb! But I had to run into the grocery store for some medicine because I cramping like crazy, and I grabbed Midol. Uhm...this product sucks. I have SEVERE cramps, and it took an hour to feel any relief. Even after that hour, I was still crampy. I will stick with my advil from now on. Advil is cheaper, too, and it tastes yummy. :)

This product is horrible, every time i take it i get sick, my ears ring, i got a bloody nose, upset stomach..and just felt like i was going to throw up. i am aware of the large amount of caffeine in it and ate before taking the pill and still got sick so its not because of that. also made me feel very shaky. i would not recommend this product, ill just stick with my Tylenol from now on.

Didn't do anything for me at all, took it for the first time today (only thing my friend had on her, and I NEEDED something). Doesn't get rid of cramps, and doesn't help with anything else either... Not reccomended at all. From now on i'd rather take nothing than take Midol for no reason.

I took midol fr the first time and was agitated, shaking and misserable all day. When I looked at the ingrediens and realized it was loaded with caffein. Yeh it took away the cramps (which tylenol does just fine) but made me so hyped up I couldnt do anything all day without getting frustrated and loosing my temper. I never get bad PMS except for cramps and Midol made me so bad nobody could get near me without getting snapped at. definatly would not recomend it.

If you have severe cramps, don't mess around with Midol. It took forever to take any effect on my pain, and even then it did not take care of everything. Also, if you have adverse reactions to caffiene, avoid using this product. If you don't get horrible pain with your period, though, Midol is a good product. The caffiene is a diuretic, so it DOES help a lot with discomfort from bloating.

It is wonderful, it helps my friend Peg regulate her moods. It helps me too, we just learned about it recently. (Must have missed it as kids.)

The menstrual formula is fabulous-I keep it in my purse. It has a little caffeine for the blahs, a diuretic for the puffiness, and Acetaminophen (Tylenol.) Works every time.

I've always been kind of blah about this one. It just never quite did the job for me the way Premsyn PMS does.

I don't really feel the effects of this medicine. I prefer Tylenol or Ibuprofen to this.

This stuff saves my life. I love it!!! It has caffeine, so that counteracts the tired feeling you get, and you feel no pain. This stuff works.

This is really good for cramps and bloating. Taking other pain relievers only take care of the cramps but not the bloating. Midol does both and is specifically made for women.

Every woman should have some Midol in her medicine cabinet. For pre-menstral symtoms it's a life-saver.

No medicine helps with cramps and bloating as much as Midol does. It can be a savior at times.
