How many of you have ever worked for a company that is paid MORE for firing people and recruiting new people for the job? At this horribly structured business your told that your going to service accounts for customers for a certain company. Lets start off with the how the company trains people. Phase 1: Your stuck inside a small room with trainers that are so out of sync with how to REALLY accomplish doing your job that by the time you learn everything from phase 1 and are then moved into phase 2 of training.... you must forget most of what you learned from phase 1 and start FRESH with phase 2. Oh yay.. lets sit in a room and read endless amounts of knowledge that will NOT sink in for 8 hours a day - 2 weeks straight. Awesome.
