I just purchased 14 DAY NAIL SHIELD. It claims to "go on easy". Fat chance! And it doesn't even last an hour let alone 14 days! I am sick of spending hard earned money on junk! You trust someone only to find out they fail you!

I am very disappointed in Salley Hansen Salon Nail Polish sold for $6.25. It does not dry and it chips in 5 minutes after you think it is dry. It is the worst nail polish I have ever used. I will return asap. I have used Salley Hansen for over 30 years and I will stop now. The color was not even close to what showed on the bottle. Good luck with this Salon Nail Polish.

I have the Sally Hansen "Maximum Growth plus Nourishing Nail Color" in "innocent nude" I timed this nail polish for 10 minute intervals between coats and it would still not be slick-dry, even with my fan. No wonder it was in the clearance section at Ulta. My favorite Brand for nail polish- NailTek!

i bought the naturally bare honey wax today, and i was really excited to find an all natural product. i could not have been more disappointed if i tried. this product is straight up crap. for one thing, it says to use a thin enough layer of wax that you can see the hair through the wax. but the wax is SEE THROUGH. so i had no idea how much wax to use, and i ended up experimenting and having no luck. there was a list in the instructions of things to try if the product didn't work, and i tried every single one of them and still wasn't able to make it work. it was impossible to stroke the strips because they were plastic, and my fingers were already sticky from the messy wax. in half an hour i was able to remove two hairs, and was literally in tears of frustration. i pity anybody who thinks even for a moment that this sally hansen product is anything more than an abysmal waste of time and money.

I rate 1 for terrible. They test they're products on animals. Maybe not all, which is why you have one product that says "not tested on animals" however those are few and far between. For those of you who own or have access to their nail polish, you will not see anywhere that they are proud to say 'we do not test on animals'. On top of this, the polish does chip very quickly, and takes excessive amounts of time to dry. It is inefficient, and should be discontinued due to their carelessness regarding the lives of animals. As well, the company has been putting dibutyl phthalate (DBP), formaldehyde, and toluene into their polishes. They've "said" they would rid of these intoxicating chemicals, known to cause birth defects, and cancer, but who knows if they've stuck to their word. If a company can be cruel, and unethical towards a living being to begin with, even knowing it is against the law, what makes us believe they will stop?

Way too long to dry. I have long nails and with the Hot Red Creme I have to apply at least 3 coats to get an even dark look. The waiting time for each successive coat is far too long. I have other colors also and have about the same success rate. I go with Wet & Wild as it dries faster and then you just use a clear top coat. With usage of Wet & Wild I get at least a week's worth of good coverage and when that start fading or chips I just go over it with the same color and another clear coat. That will give me several weeks of good lasting shine and color.

where do you guys hear they test on animals? on the spray on/shower off can it says "not tested on animals." (which works amazingly well compared to veet. downside: i have jet black hair and you can still see the hair follicles on my legs.) i hope they dont test on animals. especially after lying on a can.

I don't know what everybody is talking about *my nails chip more* *It makes my nails peel* *they don't grow as fast* *I'm so disappointed*! This is great! It doesn't even START chiping until weeks after you put it on. And it helps your nails NOT to peel and break AND it makes my nails grow TWICE as long. Only one of their bottles (And trust me, I've tried 'em all) did that gloppy thing. It was the 'Age growth treatment' The Hard as Nails + Regular + Nail prisms + Diamond Strength + Nail growth treatment ALL work! It's the perfect product! Need I say more? BUY SALLY HANSEN!!!!!!

Sally Hansen, you are really making me disappointed in your products! That brand of nail polish is not very good. I find it to be very runny and gooey, and it also streaks, even when it's a brand-new bottle. What really upsets me is that their products make my fingernails peel off in layers and break easier. If the peeling and breaking don't stop soon, I will go get acrylic nails put on so I don't have to deal with the results that Sally Hansen's products are giving me. The lasting power of SH's polishes aren't very good either. They chip off me after only one or two days of wear and after three days of wear, cracks and scratches start to show up in my fingernails. I would not recommend this brand unless you want to be painting your nails daily.

I love the new Hard As Nails prism colors. I found a peachy-coral that appears to have sparking diamond fragments in it. It didn't chip for a week-and-a-half and the color stayed true. It's a great new product.

I purchased your nail growth product. I am sorry, I do not have the name but descriptively, it's color is blue and the labeling states longer nails in just 7 days (not). On top no more than usual growth, my nails seemms to break more. I also, used your nail polish/enanmel after use of the nail growth product and in a days or so (for sure on one occasion, after one day) the nail polish almost all of it came off. What's going on? I've never experience this with any product. This is my opinion and hope that it will help you to provide a better product. I will get the exact names of these products and send them to you on Monday, February 3, 2003. Sincerely, Virginia W.

I love Sally Hansen's polishes! My nails always grow quite a bit whenever I wear this brand. Especially their Maximum Growth line. My nails do not chip and their polish lasts for atleast a week.

Sally Hansen's hard as nails polish is by far the best nail polish I have worn. It stays on for at least 3 weeks without chipping. In comparison to other polishes in that price range it is the best in comparison, and it also comes in a lot of colors.

Helps nails grow fast, long and strong. Stays on for at least a week before you need to re-apply. Contains vitamins that help promote healthy nails. These comments are from experience.

Don't buy this nail polish! "Hard as Nails"- yeah, right. It chipped off two seconds after I put it on. And this was a strengthening polish. All their colors are straight out of the 80's.

Sally Hansen nail polish is really cool because they have so many nail polishes that do different things for your nails. They have polish that strengthens your nails and makes them healthy. They have a lot of colors and variety. This product is very effective and gets the job done.

Sally Hansen nail polish is the best! It lasts a long time and the color is great. And it's not that expensive. My whole collection of nailpolish is Sally Hansen.

I like Sally Hansen's great arrangement of colors and products, but I have to say, it's taking way too long to dry! It doesn't chip and have great shine, but I don't like the fact that I have to spend 30 minutes to 1 hour for the polish to dry. I often get smudges along the way and it's a waste of money ( to me ). Note- I am rating for "Hard as Nails", not all of the Sally Hanser products.
