We take all feedback from our customers very seriously and appreciate the opportunity to improve our service and your experience. Second, I'd like the opportunity to address the situation with you directly, however, can’t tell if you are a current client, past client, or at one point prospective client. Without that knowledge it is difficult to speak t your specific experience. I can, however, review our value to the small business owner, the type of law firm we work with, and our sales reps best practices.
Yodle is now the largest provider of online marketing services to small businesses. We work best with smaller law firms, with 1 or 2 attorneys and no dedicated marketing personnel. We can help these firms with not just paid search, but also search engine optimization, website creation, video, syndicated content and more. For many firms this is considerable added value. Our goal, through all of this work, is to drive phone calls and leads to our clients. Our sales reps believe very strongly in the power of our product to deliver great results. Sometimes they can be passionate on the phone, and it is not our intention to be anything other than positive and educational when talking with small business owners about the opportunity available to them with online marketing.
