It does the job, but I probably won't use it again.

For shampoo-and-conditioner-in-one product at a budget price, you can't go wrong with Pert Plus. It's smell is distinctive and reminds me of showering after swimming in my grandmother's pool. It's most striking feature is that it really does leave your hair soft and it's green color is kind of cool! Personally, I can't use it on a daily basis because my hair falls on the oilier side of the spectrum, but for an overnight trip or after the beach, it works just fine!

I've used Pert since I was a little kid and stil do. Have you noticed their new bottles, which say: "Hey Good Looking" on the bottle. I don't know about you but it sure helps me get motivated to get out of bed knowing that I'll soon get a compliment from my shampoo bottle.

I loved pert plus before they changed the formulations, now this pert is AWFUL TO MY HAIR, it weighs it down, leaves a coating on the hair like there pantene!! come on procter and gamble stop thinking of profits in your damn pockets, and please think of us consumers here suffering with your high costs hair care products which dont work, only COAT THE HAIR and make our hair weighed down after couple days of usage!! PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR PERT AND PANTENE, AND YOUR HERBAL ESSENCES!! They all coat my hair and weighs it down, i sure hope they IMPROVE THERE SHAMPOO LINES ASAP!!!!! I got to use other brands like the dove or suave or aussie to achieve results!! i hate this coating from there shampoo's that procter and gamble formulates to there shampoo products!!!! I hope someone complains to them to stop the waxie build up that there shampoo is creating and i sure hope they make it more like a health food store shampoo lines where it doesnt have all these weird ingredients that could damage o... My hair detangled very well after this product. Nice scent.

This rating is for the Simply Clean product which the company felt did not sell well, so they switched back to shampoo plus conditioner, which is still a very good product. However, I don't need to condition my hair more than once a week (maybe), and I find the combo products don't clean as well, so I wish they still made the shampoo by itself.

It used to be my shampoo of choice but they reformulated it a couple of years ago and now I think it's terrible. It smells skunky and it leaves my hair feeling greasy, regardless of which variety I try. The Wal-Mart house brand, Equate, is a much better choice and is very similar to the old Pert before Proctor and Gamble ruined it.

After using Pert plus, my scalp burned, my hair started falling out & when I went in for a haircut right away my stylist asked if I was using Pert plus. When I told her I did she told me that stuff removes paint. I wouldn't doubt it. Plus the smell makes my nostrils burn.

This product is alright I use to use this shampoo about 3 or 4 years ago and about a year after I used it they started to change to bottles they made it more complecated to find the bottle of shampoo they used to just have simple labels on there bottles like "oily hair" or "dry hair" but now they have 2 in one like "from dry to oily hair" that just pissed me off when they did that, so I switched to salon selectives and they've been a real great shampoo product!

It is not the best, but it will do in a pinch. Hey, it beats greasy, nasty hair, doesn't it.

Pert Plus works very well and is very affordable. The bottles seem to be smaller now which makes it seem like a gyp. When it first came out it was very popular.

My dad uses Pert and he likes it. It is very easy to use and it comes in handy for quick fixes.

I highly DO NOT recommend this product. It damages the hair, causes more split ends and drys hair out. It also carries ingredients that are not relevant as far as maintaining look and feel of hair.

This shampoo is good for when I'm on the go because it has shampoo and conditioner in one. It doesn't do as good a job as when you have shampoo and conditioner separately, but it is good enough.

This product is great for my hair. It helps me with my nappy hair. I no longer have to worry about knots and tangles with this product. It smells great!

Makes your hair rough. It makes you lose your hair. Smells funny and it's green!

My hair is still dry! I would be better off using Pert 2-in-1 AND a separate conditioner. This is a 2-in-1 minus 1.

I love Pert Plus. I can just wash and go! I like the travel size Pert Plus containers because they fit in my backpack. I love the green color of it. It feels great on my head. I love the way it smells.

I like Pert a lot, especially the dandruff shampoo because I have really bad dandruff and I have tried other shampoos but this one worked. It is also good because it isn't really strong so it's good for people with sensitive scalps. It smells nice and leaves your hair nice and shiny.

Pert shampoo is an above average shampoo. I've used Pert for the last year and it really makes my hair feel clean and oil free. The fragrance is pleasing as well, but I guess that is just personal preference.

Love Pert Plus. Who needs separate shampoos and conditioner? Pert does a great job at combining both.

The new smell of Pert Plus is great! I don't like the 2 in 1 (shampoo and conditioner) because it does not detangle my hair.

Really does what it says it will. Good shampoo and great conditioner. Leaves hair soft, clean feeling and easy to comb.

Awful, the worst thing you could possibly do to your hair. It dries it out, weighs it down and doesn't even make it feel clean. The Pert Plus is even worse, the shampoo part of it seems to strip your hair and the conditioner in it coats your hair with greasy, heavy gunk.Totally dulls any shine that you may have .
