This man was a flat out gunner, and I don't mean that in a particularly flattering sense. He shot every time he touched the ball. Malcolm Gladwell wrote
a really interesting piece on basketball stereotypes - what it means to "play black" versus "play white" and came up with all kinds of players that broke the stereotypes. The stereotype of the white player is - not very athletic, but a hard working team player who preferred to pass than shoot. Chambers broke this stereotype as he was ultra athletic, but didn't seem to give a damn about winning games, and man did he chuck it.
