Do not live here. I have 2 months left on my lease. I can't wait to get out of here. The staff are not helpful. They don't pick up their phone. You have to pay administration fee, valet trash fee and your pet also have to pay their pet rent per month. I have never heard any place charges one dog $20 per month rent!!!! The drexel is robbing every single way they can. The Drexel is way over charged. My one bedroom is $1200+ per month. Fake wood flooring. It looked like wood but it is cheapest laminated fake wood floor. The parking spaces are never enough. Cars got broken in every month. Apartment got broken in the very first month I moved in. The Drexel uses the cheapest materal to fake a high end apartment look. Through the thin dry wall?? You can even hear your neighbor's phone rang. The packages got lost all the time. The staff will never admit anything they did wrong. They just want your money thats it. The use the cheapest plastic pipes. So when your neighbors are taking a shower or... Read more

The apartments look really nice but that is where it stops. Management are downright rude and incompetent especially the office manager who is the most unprofessional of them all. Your packages sit in their offices for weeks on end and until you can establish from the courier company exactly who signed for it and on what day, they will keep telling you it hasn't come. We were informed by the office staff when we complained about the noise levels being too much that defective sound proofing material was used during construction so we should try to ignore the noise. Several cars were broken into during a two month period. Issues like a faulty fridge can take up to 2weeks to be fixed. Definitely not worth worth the money you spend.

Beautiful accommodations, well thought out floor plans. However, this complex is not safe so do not be fooled by the amenities. If you move here, expect your auto insurance to increase, and your psychological security to plummet. Worst, the management's explanation is 'that's why you pay in-surance' and 'this is just another sign of our economic times'!!! CRAZY

The complex at the Drexel is absolutely beautiful. We thought we were so lucky to be able to move into the Drexel. At first the staff seems to treat you almost like family and the amenities are unbelievable. Then you sign your lease and move in... You find out that there aren't really any of the amenities that were promised and the staff becomes far less accomodating, but that isn't anywhere NEAR the worst part. The worst part is when you haven't even lived there for a month and you're car, which is parked less than 100 yards from your front door gets broken into and they tried to steal it too. They destroyed the entire vehicle ripping anything out that they could. Then you find out that there were 8 others in the same evening. Then you find out that there were 3 more a month before that and two cars were stolen in december. You and 10+ others call the police and they will not send an officer out. Management says "that is the nature of crime - we cannot control it." and "we o... Read more

Wow. Unbelievable. Huge layouts with no detail spared including upgraded granite, side-by-side refrigerator, gas cooking, and wood flooring.
