the best series of all time no doubt this series was incredible

I"m not a big fan of Stephen King. His earlier stuff was alright/boarder line good. When it comes to Dark Tower Series...It's not bad. Starts of good but as the series progress, it gets worse and worse. The ending of the series is plain ridiculous and might indicate Stephen King has finally lost it. The only reason I read the whole series is because I didn't have to buy the books and had nothing else to read.

Shrugs...I don't think King is utterly bad and he can actually be pretty good sometimes. On the other hand, I don't think he is nearly as great as most people seem to think- it sometimes seems that he's the - no pun intended- King for people who don't like to read  except for a few very, very big names...Haven't read this series in a long time, but I would categorize the books as good enough to take to the shitter but not nearly worthy of a prime spot in your bookcase.
