Not since I was addressed as "Corporal Whyman." In those days whether or not you puked depended on my mood. If I was cranky I could get a couple of my guys to puke and my record was four in one dreary 45 minute endurance trial that included about five miles of running and various torture pit stops along the way. I almost puked on that one too...

It depends on the time I have in the morning. However, I make it a habit to work out four or five times a week.

Its been a while. It would be nice to have this as part of my daily routine, but unfortunately it is not.

In the fall and spring I usually take a jog around the block,during winter and summer I head to the gym treadmill or stairclimber in the afternoon after Im done with classes.
