I suppose that this could be a legitimate reason. Frequent reunions would help. It will take some planning.

Depends whether you can trust your partner and whether you are someone who can deal with large amounts of time apart

If you don't expect to be away from one another for very long and aren't a sexual deviant; meaning you can't wait until you're together again, then yes. It's a good "enough" reason. But the truth is, loneliness is no excuse for cheating. Just because you're sexually charged and your partner isn't around for a little while, that is no excuse. If you know you can't be faithful while you or your partner is gone, then it isn't an equal relationship. In the end, if you can't agree on a way (and there is aaaalways a WAY) to be together, then you simply don't care enough about that person and, in the end, do not deserve a truly committed relationship nor a faithful partner (them's immaturity, sir :))

Work or school is more important than any relationship. Trust me. Do not make this mistake.

Long distance relationships are very tough, even if you're in a long standing and well established one. If you're just starting out in the relationship, its damn near impossible.

Long distance relationships may work if there are goals set but w/o those then not a chance.

Depends on how serious you are I guess. If you are married, its a lousy reason.

I wouldnt do it for just a gf. If I was engaged tho I would do anything to be with that person.

This is as good a time as any to find out how much you really love a person.

I dont know. If one of u has to move away, there is always a greater risk of one of them cheating. U also dont see each other as much and u probably dont talk enough anymore. So i would say that i dont really know.

if you love them then it shouldnt matter, cause all you would want to do is be with them.

It depends on how you both see this. It also depends on how far you both consider a distance. If its a cross country move, then it depends on both persons abilities to remain faithfull.

This is all relative to how deep the relationship goes, if it's in the beginning stages you should stay in touch and see what happens, if it's progressed past that and your in love then distance doesn't matter and you will put as much effort as is necessary to keep the relationship alive!!!

depends on how strong the relationship is. if they're a really tight-knit couple, they could make it.

this would be a bad reason to break up because just because they might love each other and if they do then they should be able to make scrafices for eachother

I believe that long distance relationships can work if your really devoted to the person. I made a long distance relationship last for 3 years. He cheated so it was the distance that broke us up.
