a 3.5. during the warmer months we go for walks often. wish we could in the winter but in Michigan the sidewalks and snow can be too horrible. we especially like to go on the "Riverwalk" a very nice attraction in my hometown that has a lot of wooded area. we walk around the neighborhood as well but not as nice. I do like to get some excercise this way and it does not cost anything.{except for the short drive if we go on the Riverwalk}

This is not only environmentally friendly, but strongly recommended for the computer, especially when people aren't getting along. Shut off the computer, cool down, and come back.

Friendly as hell to your sanity too when you consider whats on TV, the internet, and the freeway... (perhaps I shall take a walk now)

I do do this when I am off to work, or gone for extended periods. I dont really see what impact doing this would have on the environment? Its not really enough to notice a difference on your energy bill either, but I still do it once in a while. Go figure.

The only thing I would need to turn off is my computer and I can't stand to have a cell phone because when I did, it was difficult to find a moment of peace and everyone was able to reach me all the time. I like to be alone sometimes and if out in the nature, better.

Well, yeah, as long as you live in a decent neighborhood.

Uh, uh, I saw you put your cell phone in your pocket. Leave that at home too.
