i have the same problem. I'm twelve years old I went to the doctor she told me to pull down my pants so i did and she noticed my penis. Not erect she measured it 18 inches and she asked me to masturbate so she could measure me erect she then measure 23 inches. She said it isn't a big deal. i can't wear underwear so i don't wut when i do i have to wrap my penis around my waist like a belt.Even though the doctor said no big deal im afraid that when i have sex that i will hurt my partner.
