I like Black label decks they are awesome! I skated my blacklabel for about 3 months, but the only thing bad about black labels is that they chip easily. But i like them overall

Guys, trust me on this. ive been skating for 16 yrs and ive rode almost every board u can name. Overall, Black label and kryptonics were the best. small tail, the best pop, really smooth, u can get and trick on it.get black label.

Best damn concaves & shapes of any skateboard company. Blacklight technology makes the boards light yet very durable. GOD BLESS THE LABEL !

Although they don't last (mine lasted 4.5 hours) these are the greatest decks I've ridden. I've been skating for 3 years now and I've skated Element's, Girl's, Flip's, Zero's and of course, Black Label's. Black labels have the best pop, the most solid feel, the nicest concave, but I've never broken a deck by skating it for two days. THe quality and feel of the deck is amazing, lacquer is perfect, everything about it was nice, but it broke from a simple 180 off of a loading dock the same height as a 4-5 stair. I'm getting a DGK to see how that'll be, but otherwise, it's perfect besides the durability.

I had an old FTC skateshop board which i loved until it slid out from under me after falling on a 7 set and getting run over by a car :-(. then i got the black label and ive been sticking all my tricks. great pop nice flip and it slides so well. Its good for ledges and stairs but it isnt the greatest board for tranny.

i had my black label for about four months and the only reason i got rid of it is because it was getting weak in the middle from boardslides and it was starting to get razortail but it is still my 2nd favorite board i have tried (chocolate is first)

hevvy bords but outlast more than others, good concave, tiny tail though and big nose with lots of pop. I've been skating for 3 months and i only do ollies, flips and huge pop shove its and no big gaps and it really holds up very well but i do a lotta manuals and the tail and nose wear out really fast and now it's started to chip just a bit. I wouldn't buy another one cuz it's too heavy i'd rather like a liter board, buy black labels if your too big or tall, if your into flip tricks and super high tech tricks this isn't the deck for you.

Solid boards, great shape, greater wood. I've had countless Black Labels skateboards throughout my years and they've always held up. If you're just getting into skateboarding, you'd be fine with one of these, go get yourself a set of Independents, some bones wheels and bearings, and maybe a set of chucka lows from Vans footwear and you'll be more than happy.   http://www.utilityboardsupply.com/get_list_111 .htm

Black labels are krazy good. They hav really good pop, decent flip, and the best slide of any board ive ever ridden. Mine lasted over a year before it fell apart.

I really like black Labels, the slide is really good. But as for the flip its average. They have good pop, but chip really easily. The one I had didn't last that long and the tail was the first to go.

my friend had one and it chipped like CRAZY! you couldn't even ollie on it after that because the tail and the nose were almost gone! but they are pretty light at first and easy to flip so i give them a 3

I've only had my Melcher icon deck for a week but it kicks ass. I find it really to flip on even though there isn't that much concave . Its a really strong deck and it'll be real hard to snap. GET A BLACK LABEL DECK THEY'RE AWESOME.

You guys are hardcore skaters! you go thru a board a year? Are you retarded? Get a life! I've had most of the decks on this site and the all last about a month! your all posers and an embarassment to skateboarding. reform and go skate!

I've been skating for about 4 or so months soo far. My first board was a darkstar. It sure sucked, when i got a black label nevermind the label deck. black label is the way to go. light, good pop, durable, and great concave. my next deck will be black label.
