One thing is to disagree, and another to attack each and all who you disagree with. And he is a supporter of "tolerance"? Hmmmm! I wonder. Update: attacks seems to be the best defense to some.

While I have had my issues with Canada over religion, mainly with him being a skeptic of our creator, I do not want my right to criticise Islam and Buddah and Atheists, etc. taken away. As much as I hate to hear some of his beliefs, if RIA silences him, they will have to silence all of us.

I suspect that somewhere out there a group of RIA zealots are standing around a computer with CanadaSucks page up on the screen, spraying it with whatever version of holy water they use, and shouting at the instigation of their Father Karras stand-in, "THE POWER OF CHRIST COMPELS YOU!!! THE POWER OF CHRIST COMPELS YOU!!! THE POWER OF CHRIST COMPELS YOU..."

If there is somebody who has truly thrown his testicles on the table in the arguements of late, here he is. I may not agree, but as a sort of moderate Christian who rebels regularly against organized religion, I can dig his style at bare minimum.

A five because he himself said he was a blasphemer. He also mentions the Taliban a lot and seems to understand how they feel on issues. He mentions that there is no evidence for faith and I challenge him that it takes faith to believe in much of the so called evidence. Where is the evidence of life starting from nothing?

Gee, science tells the truth about the falsehood of theology. (Makes me a heretic). Gee, discourse and dissension is the true mark of a free society and friendship. (Makes me a heathen.) Gee, true exploration and dissection of religious texts simply oncovers one falsehood and fairy-tale about another. (Makes me an educated American.) This list gets the Spanish Inquisition stamp of approval. Remember kids- there are only two kinds of religious people. Those who will respect your freedom and those who simply need to impose theology on you. A very few (perhaps?) here seem to claim a monopoly on who is a 'heretic'. . .uneducated, childish, provincial, and historically ignorant to the highest degree. But by all means- please, please, please keep accusing those who don't believe in your fantasies as 'heretics' please- it reminds us how Medieval times were not that far ago. . .
