Became a hoops icon in basketball-mad Indiana when Bobby Knight started recruiting him as an eighth grader--which was chronicled by John Feinstein in "Season on the Brink". At Indiana he was a four year starter (from 1990-94) and finished 6th on all time schools all time scoring list. and third team All-American and named to first team All Big 10. I remember how the Hooiser dome exploded when Rod Thorn announced his selection by the Pacers. But with the Pacers he was limited to stints on the injured list and exhibition games and never played in the NBA.
