    THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! This company was a nightmare. DO NOT USE THEM! The sales agent was actually pleasant to deal with and helpful up until the pick up date, don't let them fool you, this is why they are in sales. After they picked up my items he stopped taking my calls. The drivers arrived two days late for pick up and charged me for items that I did not use (TV and packing boxes). The original estimate was very low and and I ended up paying almost double. They arrived late at night for drop off and were missing three of my boxes, one of which was never recovered. They damaged boxes and the contents inside as well as furniture. The delivery drivers were actually nice but were in such a hurry that they put holes in my walls while moving in couches, did not check off my boxes from their list, and gave me another persons box. DO NOT USE HERCULES!!!!

    THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They came a MONTH LATER than they were supposed to arrive. They damaged my bed, two dressers, speakers, lost a box of glasses...Now they supposedly have new mgmt so now I will never get paid for the damages. Even the delivery driver said they are an awful company. IF YOU ARE MOVING DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    Hercules made my move so easy and stress free. the movers were very nice and polite and I just thank god for choosing them because obviously a good moving company is very hard to find.

    I was forced to pay extra for items (mattress boxes) I did not receive. I was also lied to about the size of the delivery truck--thus forcing me to rent a U-Haul to complete the move myself.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!  USE ANOTHER COMPANY STAY AWAY!  THIS WAS ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES WE'VE EVER HAD IN OUR LIVES AND WE'VE MOVED 3 TIMES WITH LOCAL COMPANIES IN TOWN. WE MOVED RECENTLY FROM CA, TO IDAHO.  BEFORE OUR MOVING DATE THE COMPANY KEPT CALLING REMINDING US ABOUT THE MOVE GIVING US THE WRONG DATE 3 TIMES!!  THE DRIVERS SHOWED UP 3 HOURS LATE, THE TOTAL WAS $700.00 MORE THAN IN THE ORGIINAL CONTRACT.  THE DRIVER WAS VERY RUDE, BARELY SPOKE ANY ENGLIGH AND HANDLED OUR MERCHANDISE VERY ROUGH AND DEMANDED A TIP, ASKING FOR 20%.  THE STUFF FINALLY ARRIVED ONE WEEK LATER THAN WE WERE TOLD...AND IT GETS BETTER.  WE ESTIMATED AROUND $800.00 OF LOST MERCHANDISE AND DAMAGE.  WE STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN WORD BACK ABOUT OUR LOST MERCHANDISE AND IT HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS NOW.  WHEN WE CALLED IN THE PERSON WHO WAS OUR CONTACT WOULD NOT FORWARD US TO A MANAGER, OR OWNER AND JUST LAUGHED IT OFF.   GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY, THE POSITIVE REVIEWS YOUR READING BELOW ARE POSTED BY COMPANY EMPLOYE...     I moved from California to new York and it has been awesome with this company. great communicates with you and the customer service team is extremely friendly and could handle my stress perfectly and flawlessly the estimate is reasonable, very friendly people...the driver arrives at your house and friendly service continues , the movers and the entire crew are polite and will pack any thing you want. Delivery was fast within 2 weeks as I was explained and the good service didnt stop at the pick, the movers at the delivery was GREAT !, did every thing I asked and even help set up my entire ! bedroom set. I will recommend this company again, in a heart bit and I anyone else does. Great moving company.

    i moved from california to florida and it has been a !@$#ing nightmare with this company. no one communicates with you and the customer service is basically non-existent. highlights: 1. initial estimate is reasonable, very friendly people...UNTIL the driver arrives at your house and demands that you sit down immediately to sign/pay. that is the only thing they are interested in. during this time, the estimate doubles as the driver visually reviews your items. word to the wise, pack as much as you can in ONE BOX or they will charge you (by count). 2. this is the biggest bait and swith piece. the driver will ask you what day can you begin to receive your items...implying that is when you will get them. the reality is 9-16 days from that date (or more!) is when you will actually have a chance to get your things. i moved on mid-August and will not recieve my things until mid-September. i have nothing to sleep on, only the clothes i managed to bring on the plane, and the only ...     I AM SO IMPRESSED IN THIS MOVING COMPANY. The sale people are friendly & answered all my questions. There was no hidden fees & they weren't the cheapest but I paid for the quality of the move. And that is what I got. Thank you Hercules Van Lines ! Michal R.

    I just moved cross county. From San Jose to New York, and I had a great experience with them. They did as promised and evertyhing was on time. Not only that they arrived to NY on time and all my valuables were there and nothing was broken. Once again thanks GUYS!!!

    Let me start by saying, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Their customer service team is rude and the manner in which they handle clients belongs is careless. Not only was 90% of my furnite damaged, they lost countless boxes. Forget trying to get them to accept responsibility and if you have to deal with there claims department, well lets just say you are in for a treat. They are rude and insulting.     The moving van industry is under investigation for improperly adding a sircharge to the consumer's bill. If upon the review of your bill you notice a sircharge , please respond asap to discuss your remedy.

    Used them to move from California to new York, Easiest fastest relocation service I ever used, movers were fast and efficient completed the move quickly. Friday sales team can help you after the sale is complete (you dont see that a lot) I worked with dan A. he was very friendly and professional knew exactly what he talking about, would use them again in a heart bit and recommend them to any one I know.     Would never use again. They delivered one box to someone else. Every single person asked for a cash tip, and when my packages arrived, the truck driver wanted a $60 tip and actually drove off when I refused. They outsource most of their work so the people who pick up your items, the ones who drive your items, and the ones who deliver your items are all working for seperate companies. Tracking my shipment through Hercules was impossible. They only have 1 or 2 employees who can even tell you where your stuff is, and they never pick up their phone or return voice mail. I'm talking for a week straight.

    We were moved from Elicott City Md to Phoneix by Hercules Van Lines and I must say that this move was flawless !! The driver, the men , the saleperson . PERFECT !! If you are moving , use hercules and you will be happy with the result. Trust me ! They did an excellent job and were very fast and efficient.

    Pure professionalism - what a crew!, I had a very good experience with Moveeast.com on the day of the move and before. All of my belongings carried carefully and the crew was quick and efficiant.

    Nightmarishly awful company. It's been nearly one month and they still haven't delivered my things. Their customer relations is even more terrible -- they act like it is no big deal that they broke their contract with me and they keep promising the movers will arrive on a certain date and then I don't get a call and we start all over again. They never know what is going on and no one ever updates me.

    This company is a bunch of thieves. On pick up day, the head person tried to say my one bedroom place was going to be double what my estimate was. There was no way that my furniture weighed over 4000 pounds. I had to negotiate w/ them to get down quite a bit. Upon delivery, my furniture was extremely damaged and the customer service person was extremely rude and had attitude. I was horrified w/ the condition of my furniture. Also, when I signed w/them the sales representative promised that I my pick up and delivery would be on weekends so that I would not have to miss any work. Not TRUE! Absolutely no one was reachable that Friday before the weekend or the entire weekend and then I receive a call Sunday evening that they will be at my place MOnday morning. They also tried to hide my damaged furniture by putting it into the storage unit by leaning the damaged sides against a wall so I that I wouldn't hopefully see it. I can't believe how shady this company is. DO NOT USE HERCULES!

    Very unorganized, poor itemization, lost several of my boxes and were no help in trying to locate them. Would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

    The movers were kind and gentle with my staff and with us, i definitely i'll use them again.
