I know that not all banks are "outstanding" as I recently found out Barclays  used to support President Mugabe and Apartheid(sp) and Lloyds don't do enough to combat fraud and HSBC have started that new policy of "Rich people only in our Bank", but Natwest takes the absolute pi$$ when it comes to their customers that I'm actually surprised they still have any.  They honestly do not give a damn.  I recently saw on the news how a student couldn't afford to pay for his overdraft and loans he had taken from Natwest and they kept on demanding payment, he committed suicide and the cheek of it is these heartless people were still asking for their money having full knowledge that the boy had killed himself due to their persitance for their money back.  Heartless?  You tell me.

The best bank to bank with, always happy to help with all my needs. Never have charge me a penny with my account has been in credit. UK call centres only and more branchs then any other bank on the high street. and the best part of it all I've never have a problem with this bank in 40 years

After years of banking with Natwest I have decided to move my account to another financial institution due to a total lack of professionalism at every bureaucratic level of this companies banking miss management. I recomend most strongly to any reader of this message to do the same and like wise post your rating of this bank through out the internet as I will be doing.

I recently got sacked from my job of running a pub, this is all thanks to natwest.... One saturday afternoon i took 2000.00 down to my local natwest.... the money got handed over and cashier filled in the denominations..... On the monday i handed my paperwork into the head office as usual.... on the wednesday i got a phone call from my head office asking me how much i had deposited i looked through the book and told them i had put in the 2000.00 and that it was stamped from the bank...... on the thursday my boss came to the pub.... he took a walk up to the bank and they gave him a photocopy of the slip..... this had been filled in by one of the cashiers who admitted filling it in.....it had only been filled in for 1000.00....... the result i'm sacked for a mistake they made...... WORST BANK EVER
