My son was traveling from Yakima to Ogden, Utah and was hearing a “roaring” noise from the left front axle. He called me and asked me what to do and I advised him to get it looked at right away. I called Desert Knight Auto Repair and spoke to Dan who informed me that they were booked and the only opening was the next day. I explained the circumstances and he was able to make accommodations between jobs to fix the car. At the end of the repair, I spoke to Roxanne who was extremely understanding as to the importance of getting the car fixed so he could travel home. I would never expect a repair shop to accommodate a repair of this nature on such short notice, but these guys went the extra mile to help out a customer in need. My son traveled home with a car in better condition than when he left for Yakima. Would I recommend Desert Knight Auto Repair to my friends?
