Intro to Political Science - I took this around 1999 or 2000, before the next Pres. Election rolled around.
I had a great professor even though he missed the first 4 or 5 weeks due to illness, I still learned a ton. It was interesting subject matter and he presented it in a great manner, which also included a lot of discussion.
I've taken at least one class in most subjects at the undergrad college level and I thought this was by far the best. Even though it has no relation to my degree or field. Honorable mention to macroeconomics which was also taught very well. Let's just say college level sexual education was pretty uh, gripping. Got my required PE credit out of the way with that one... it was either that or take 14 weeks of volleyball twice a week.
I also enjoyed speech 101, it was very enjoyable. However my one film class was remarkably annoying and didn't get nearly as much out of it as I expected, and I love movies.
