A couple of weeks ago I looked in the mirror shirtless and said..."ugh I got to get it together!!" Im not overweight, but at the same time im not in shape either and I got a little pooch on my lower stomach. So I've been jogging, playing hoops, doin' pushups, situps and I bought a 15 lb dumbbell.
And heres a interesting tip, trying to get a 6-pack, well ya can do all the situps ya want, but if ya dont burn enough calories its useless. Im not obvious man, but it was new to me when i heard it. Thats why peeps do cardio.
