The food is always excellent and the service prompt. Steaks are reliably cooked to the desired degree of doneness. Menu is creative, and more typical of a Chicago or NYC eatery. One of the more expensive restaurants in South Bend, but hard to beat for menu and food quality.

The premise for this series, a forensics expert who doubles as a serial killer, sounds bizarre, but that's part of the appeal of this quirky show.

Great BBQ in a totally informal environment. Big tables and no plates make for messy eating, but the BBQ is outstanding. One of the top BBQ stops in Austin, a good choice for take-out, too.

Hope to get there. Have tried Lambert's (nice sitdown, excellent brisket) and Rudy's (very casual, no plates, small chain, but super BBQ). Suppose I should not be lazy and actually post reviews.

I wasn't very hungry when I showed up at the Palace Cafe, and I ordered only the Turtle Soup and a signature dish called Crabmeat Cheesecake. Both were awesome. While I skipped the entrees, I ahave to give the Palace Cafe high marks for serving food that is flavorful. Outstanding!

Yes, I charge the neighbors to watch movies but I'll let you in for free if you bring the popcorn.

This is an awesome 58" display - works great with upscaled DVDs, BluRay, PS3, and HD cable signals. Rich colors, good blacks. Very nice unit, envied by all who see it!

Only negatives are endemic to all plasma displays compared to LCDs - the screen is more reflective, it burns more electricity, and it's heavier. Still, I wouldn't trade it.

Built-in sound is decent, but with this kind of display you'll want to set up a full home theater system. There are plenty of inputs, which is good - I needed three HDMI inputs instead of the expected one, because neither the cable box nor the PS3 would play properly through my home theater amp (DRM problem and resolution incompatibility, respectively).
