LOVE RED DIAMOND SWEET TEA! I LIVE IN MISSISSIPPI, SO I AM A SOUTHERN SWEET TEA DRINKER, AND NOT MANY SWEET TEA'S BEAT THE OLD HOME-MADE TASTE FROM MY OWN HOME. HOWEVER, RED DIAMOND SWEET TEA BEATS ANY SWEET TEA I HAVE EVER HAD. IT IS SO GOOD THAT MY FAMILY, WHICH IS 4 PEOPLE, CAN'T KEEP 1 GALLON IN THE FRIDGE IF WE ONLY BOUGHT THAT GALLON JUST FOR SUPPER THAT NIGHT. IT'S GONE BY THE END OF SUPPER. YEA. IT IS AMAZING AND I LOVE THE TASTE. BEST SWEET TEA I'VE EVER HAD IN MY WHOLE LIFE LIVING HERE IN THE SOUTH. 2 THUMBS WAY WAY UP FOR THE FOLKS AT RED DIAMOND. LOVE THE TEA. KEEP IT UP. DON'T CHANGE A SINGLE THING! EVER!!!

The Red Diamond Sweet Tea is very delicious, and it is affordable. I drink tea sometimes, and this tea is my go to whenever I do have that craving for tea.

My husband and I both drink about 2-3 gallons of the delecious red diamond sugar-free sweetened tea with splenda, it is the best we have ever drank,is better than homemade, and a lot better than the too sweet, sweetened red diamond tea. we will continue drinking it, but be careful of the sorabate in it, it causes diaheria in people with stomach or intestinal problems.

Does anyone know WHAT the slimy stuff is in the tea. I have some now and I have gotten to the bottom and yes I am sick to my stomach right now. I just read where someone had it tested for some chemicals. But has anyone had it tested for the slimy stuff ? I have given this stuff to my children and grandchildren.

I must say that I used to love Red diamond tea but it's often very inconsistent. It doesn't seem to matter where I buy it one never knows what one will get. Like others here I have encountered some that was great and others that were undrinkable. One common factor seems to be that if the jugs have have the screw type top they're usually okay. If they have the the melt on type top often used with milk jugs there's a good chance they will be nasty. If I go to say Walmart (applicable to other stores too) to buy Red Diamond tea they may have a mix of screw and melt on type caps. What's with that? ARen't they from the same bottler? Why do they constantly change cap styles? When the tea is from a good batch, it's fantastic. But should you get a bad batch, it's nasty.

I have drank Red Diamond sweet tea for quite a while..until today. I bought 2 fresh gallons yesterday, expiration date weeks away. I opened one up this morning and it tasted like rotten celery. I thought it was maybe just that one gallon was bad..but no. Opened up the second gallon and it too tasted like rotten celery. NO MORE..I'll make my own from now on, thank you very much!

I only drank red diamond sweet tea for the last 7 years (up until two days ago). I used to even drive to oklahoma to get it before they started selling it in kansas. I can't believe I went this long without noticing this. I bought a gallon of it and drank over 3/4 of it. I was looking in my glass I had just poured and saw what I thought was the seedy head of a dandelion. I removed it from the glass, and upon further inspection realized it was some type of slimy bacteria. I hung onto it to see what would happen, and overnight just the slimey thing turned into a chia pet, but not the tea around it! I thought, "well, maybe it's just this jug, although it was nowhere near being expired." So, I went and bought another jug. Like an idiot, I just drank it without checking it. Lo and behold, I was drinking it and again noticed a slimey ball in it. I took the jug (once again, NOT expired) and poured it into a clear bowl in the kitchen sink. I found two more of those balls! This was now days ag... Read more

WHEN I FIRST PURCHASED RED DIAMOND TEA I THOUGHT IT WAS REALLY GREAT. NOW I DONT LIKE IT BECAUSE IT SEEMS TO BE VERY MUCH WEEKER AND NOT AS SWEET,LIKE A WATERED DOWN VERSION. THEN I AM VERY CONCERNED ABOUT THE WEB SITE I JUST RAN INTO WHY SEARCHING HOW TO CONTACT YOU ON THE CONTAIMED TEA WITH HYDROCARBONS, THAT IS SCARY.

I usuallly brew my own tea, but sometimes I'll buy a gallon to tide us over until I can make some. Well, my husband picked up a gallon for us last week . We had drank about half of the gallon of tea when I poured myself a glass and it tasted funny, like this weird bitter taste. So I spit it out, and poured some into a clear glass. As I poured it I noticed these globs of white slimy looking things swirling in it. It was disgusting, I thought I was going to be sick!! And to think we had drank half of the gallon of this junk, yuck!! So I look at the date, and it was a few days out of date. I thought it must've gone bad...Yet today I went to the same store and grabbed me a small bottle of red diamond tea, I checked to make sure it wasn't out of date, it wasn't. I get halfway home,I take a sip, and it taste soured. Just to be safe ( I figured I was being paranoid because of the gallon before it) I poured it in a clear glass when I got home. Guess what was in it? Yep, that slimy snot lookin... Read more

Welp, I got 3 gallons in the fridge at the casa. I carry a cooler with at least a gallon and several small bottles in it, and on my crane there is another cooler with AANOTHER gallon and some MORE small bottles in it. I reckon I like it purty goodand drink it purty regular. If I happen to get a bad batch of it, welp thats fine cause generally I take it back to the store I bought it from and they exchange it. Purty good Idee if I do say so myself!

I love this tea, BUT I recently bought two gallons. The first jug tasted really funny and had a smell to it. Almost like it was just extremely strong tea. The sale date is for almost 3 weeks away. I checked the other jug. The sale date is the same, and the tent of the tea is almost twice as light in color. It has the same strange taste. Im throwing both out. Im very disapointed!

red diamond with splenda is the best. i am addicted to it however it is hard to find. the retailer i get it at is out of it for weeks at a time, especially in the summer. i even called red diamond to see if there were other retailers in my area that carry it and there isn't. i don't know why it is so hard to get so much of the time.

I have purchased (2) 1 gallon jugs. The first one was fantastic, the second was loaded with a curdled slimy substance. I am pursuing my legal rights!!!! I identified the goo in my mouth! I wish I had seen it first. The jug is highly contaminated.

Red Diamond tea has been found to be contaminated with hazardous oil refinery waste and over the EPA guidelines for mercury in safe drinking water. Not only should it not be ingested, it shouldn't be poured onto the ground!www.reddiamondteaistoxic.com

Hands down the BEST ice tea I have ever purchased. Tastes like homemade and it is artificially sweetened! I only purchased 3 one pint containers just to see how it tastes and I will now be buying in the gallon jugs.

I drink 2 gallons a week at home and I have 2 bottles under my desk here at work. This stuff is awesome. I did however have a bad batch last week with that dirt taste you're talking about. I seem to get a bad gallon or two every month or so. I also can't figure out why the gallon jugs are always so dirty and covered in splattered tea. It looks gross in the case at the grocery store.

I LOVE THIS SWEET TEA!! USUALLY BUY A GALLON A WEEK. HOWEVER, LAST WEEK, BOUGHT A GALLON IN THIER NEW "SQUARE" SHAPED CONTAINER. IT HAD A TOTALLY DIFFERENT FLAVOR, ALMOST LIKE DIRT. POURED OUT THAT GALLON, BOUGHT ANOTHER GALLON TODAY, STILL NOT THE SAME FLAVOR, BUT THE DIRT TASTE IS GONE. BAD BATCH???

i normally love red diamond tea so the other day i bought a jug of the unsweet instead of the sweet. after two days worth of drinking on it i spotted something in my glass...to make a long story short i then figured out that there was mold floating around in the bottom of the jug!!! the sell by date was 3/25 and i bought it on 3/22 so i don't know what happened unless at some point it was allowed to get hot. i absolutely cannot believe that me and my family have been drinking it and didn't have a clue...it must not have been to bad because there was no horrible taste and it didn't smell bad. honestly it will make me think twice before buying again.

Tea is fantastic. I have also found a version sweetened with Splenda (means no calories) which is just as good but I cannot find it in a gallon size.

This is the best pre-made sweet(or any other) tea I've ever had. Most sweet teas add artificial lemon, which is just awful, or taste like they use high fructose corn syrup. This just uses sugar. Like it should. Highly recommended for those times when you don't want to make tea from scratch....it really does taste just as good.

This is the best bottled sweet black tea I have ever had. It is quite sweet and doesn't have the metallic taste of a can, the taste of artificial lemon, or leave the distinct impression of a tea that wasn't sweetened until long after its been chilled. For easy sweet iced tea that you don't want to brew yourself, this is a good one.
