Their pizza is inadequate but more importantly, they don't know how to do business. The owner 'murdered' a woman's livelihood and is only willing to settle for 2,000 measly dollars. Read the story http://arrena.us/blog/important-news/dominos-pizza-criminal-act-humanity/1090/

I just ate a large Domino's Pizza and it was TERRIBLE. My kids hate it, my husband hate it, and I hate it!! I haven't ate there in a long time and just remembered why. I am so upset that I paid $10 for that $5 pizza. I probably wouldn't be as mad if they were $5 like Lil Ceasar. Domino's needs to team up with Lil Ceasar and sell those nasty pizzas for 5 bucks!! Domino's Pizza is just terrible. The commercials that they do are nothing compared to the crap they offer in real life. I order a stupid artisan pizza and I have so far waited one entire HOUR for the pizza. I live less than 10 minutes from the place. Just absurd!!!!

Worst experience ever. I ordered stuffed cheesy bread and after an hour i got the WRONG order. After calling dominos and dealing with a RUDE worker, they agreed to ship me the correct order. They never showed up with my food. So i am absolutely disgusted at the customer treatment and service of dominos. WILL NOT BE ORDERING PIZZA FROM DOMINOS AGAIN!

Saw the ad on TV with the mgr. raving about the new pizza and how it should cost twice as much. Decided to try them again after several mediocre experiences. I ordered the large 3 ingredient combo for $7.99. Never again! The crust was like uncooked thick bread, not crispy or close to being done. The sauce was so sweet as to be almost inedible. Ingredients were plentiful, but on top of that debacle, a waste. Maybe it was just this location, (72nd st in Omaha), but we'll never waste our money on this product again.

The CEO of Dominos should be fired. The pizza is poor quality; the crust is so coated in salt that my tongue is still burning. Domino's pizza of the 80's and 90's was a good quality pizza, delivered in a reasonable amount of time or it was free with no delivery charge. Now you get gummy underdone pizza, because it travels on a conveyor belt through the oven, which does not allow cooking time variances due to toppings. Those who take your order and quote you the total, neglect to tell you there is a delivery charge included. A charge which does not go to the driver - they still want a tip. Are you kidding me? This is a pizza delivery company -- you have to charge extra for the main service of the company? Apparently the company cannot make good on its original 30 minute delivery promise, which built the company, nor can it deliver pizza without a surcharge and the quality goes down every year. That stooge of a CEO on the commercials should be fired before he puts the compan... Read more

LOOOOOL @ all the papa john's employees rating on here. First of all, before the great recipe change, Domino's was an "alright" eat at best. I'd order from them but they were down there with papa john's in terms of taste. After the recipe change, I'd say it is my favorite pizza restaurant to order from. I'm a huge provel cheese fan, and this is mozzerella but it is still delicious. The crust is a buttery popcorn garlic taste and the sauce is better. The changes really improved my liking for them. I'd still choose Little Caesar's over them, simply for $$$ reasons, but Domino's is a real treat. Their hot wings are pretty good, very dark red, hot and tasty unlike Papa John's wings which were plain unseasoned wings with a squirt of hot sauce over them and a jalapeno to boot.

Purchased two large thin crust cheese pepperoni sliced sausage pizzas from Domino's and I regret it. I chose it because it's one of the few restaurants that provide nutrition information of their products. Unfortunately it seems their calorie calculator is either wrong or outdated. They say 1 slice (1/8th of a pizza according to the calculator) of this pizza is 95 grams and 270 calories. What I got instead was a pizza cut up into these tiny squares, I had to put a ton of "slices" into my plate just to get around 95 grams. Also the pizza is only 500 grams in total, so even if their slices were 95g each i'd only be getting around 5 servings instead of the 8 claimed by their website. Furthermore the taste of this pizza is atrocious. The crust tastes like a plain unsalted cracker. It has like no taste at all, I guess you could say it tastes like cardboard but I've never tasted cardboard so I can't say. I paid two dollars extra for cheese and there's hardly any cheese on it, th... Read more

We ordered 6 pizzas for a birthday party from the Dublin location on Bridge St. The pizza was absolutely terrible and had a bottle of seasoning dumped on it. Needless to say we ended up throwng 5 of the pizzas away and went to Little ceasars instead. When I called the store manager he was so rude. I kindly told him what had happened and that the pizza was not good. He instantly became defensive since he was the one who had made the pizzas and told me that they sat around too long, their thin crust pizza is not very good and he does not prefer it and on and on. Not once did he apologize which is all I really wanted to hear from him. We ended up calling corporate and they were wonderful. I know Dominoes is trying to improve their pizza and service but Glen in Dublin does not seem to care at all about his customers. Bottom line is Dominoes isn't worth your money or your time.

I'm not sure when Domono's changed their regular pizza but the current version has way too much garlic ... and I love garlic. After just one slice the garlic after taste is just too much. Their service (delivery, etc.) has always been good but until (unless) they cut back on the garlic I just won't order from them.

Dominos Artisan Pizzas, These are premade frozen pizzas and are not any better than store bought. I tried to substitute the sauce on one and it is not possible since they are sitting in boxes. Avoid the hype!!!! Better yet I received two pizzas from them for free and they were exactly the same shape. This is the chicken nuggets of pizza. P.S. the taste was not stellar.

order from the Hamden Dominos and was very disappointed with the service I reguested a chicken kickers hot and they sent me mild with the hot sauce on the side and then I made a another call for the same but instead they sent me chicken wings hot I really wanted to call and complain but I didn't Please make sure that when they take order over phone to repeat what the customer wants. Also we have menus in our front lobby and they really don't think of healping the front desk for advertising we are not asking for much just a little respect for our job.

I just got finish adding a nice comment to the DOMINO'S COMMENT page at the store in my area. I spoke a little too soon,I used the online service feature which offers you a TRACKER KEEPER which was great. I was able to see when my order was received, prepaired and the time that it was out the door, the delivery driver was very polite and on time. I ordered a thin crust pizza and breadsticks. My breadsticks were hot and good,my only complaint about them is they do not make them like they use to, they use to be long and cut perfectly, not anymore, they look like the top corner of a pizza which in my opinion you are getting shorted. My 2nd and major complaint was that my thin crust pizza was slightly cold and the crust tasted like it was baked wayyyy toooo long. I can deal with the coldness because I don't mind using my microwave but the crust? I seriously had a problem with that. I gave them a 3 star but overall they deserved a 2 due to the crust. If the crust had been right then basical... Read more

Domino's pizza is by far the most revolting piece of filth to ever touch my taste buds. Sure, just like the next guy, I've heard that their pizza is terrible and only order it if you "are broke and starving." Seeing as that I had coupons for it, I hardly had money, and I was, indeed starving, I was forced to order a pizza cut in annoying little blocks that tasted like a big bowl of garlic, grease, and cardboard. I ordered a thin crust cheese pizza, and thin crust pepperoni. The pepperoni admittedly tasted a pinch better, considering the fact that the salty pepperoni and sauce covered the disgusting the cheese and crust. But there was no helping the cheese pizza, I served it to my family and we all felt sick afterwards, probably from garlic overdose, and spent the rest of the night talking about what crap pizza it was. I'd rather have a big plate of dirt instead of that "pizza" ever again. Domino's still being in business is more of a miracle than Moses parting the Red Sea.

I hate Domino's Pizza! The delivery service is the worst I have ever come across. I always order pasta from Pizza Hut and they always arrive on time or even earlier but Domino's is a whole different story. I have been ordering their pizza for some time now because I do like it, I enjoy it. But I do not enjoy waiting an hour for my pizza. The expected time of delivery is usually 30 mins. I actually just ordered pizza, well like an hour ago and it is still not here. This is the 5th time in a row that this has happened! The 5th time!!! This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I have emailed Domino's Customer Service every time I order concerning the really late arrival but yet they have not done a thing. Don't get my wrong, the pizza is good but the service is the worst one I have ever encountered. Domino's Pizza does not even deserve one star. They don't deserve anything - they are good for nothing.

I have to get Philly cheese from somewhere, I guess. I was going to the local supermarket, but one day the bag boy touched my sandwich after I gave him the 'don't touch my sandwich' face, and he also said... and this is true... "It's like my fingers and the sandwich were fucking." I had no choice but to punch him. Come to find out, he's retarded and I can't go back in there anymore.

Talk about a nightmare. First, the delivery man passed my debit card in his machine about 6 time because it said incomplete on it each time. I ordered a small pizza at 11.99. When he left, I checked my bank account, 23 and something was gone, but the problem is, since we thought the Interact machine was not working, my husband paid cash. So all in all I paid $40.00 for a 10" pizza. The supervisor I called kept telling me that the results wre not in the machines yet, to call him back, and then he said "no amount was taken on your card" send me a copy of your bank statement, I do not have a working printer so I told him to come to my house, so he came, saw the amount in my account, and kept on saying that this amount was not taken by the restaurant. Terrible service. Unfortunately for them, the pizza was good. But I will never, never again go to or order something from Domino's pizza. I do not recommend it to anyone. They are robbers.

Do you marinate your chicken wings in syrup of ipecac? Because after eating them Friday evening I was violently ill Saturday and Sunday. They tasted terrible, underdone, soggy, stringy and old. I only ate 2 and I'm glad thats all I ate!!

I have seen your commercials about improoving your pizza. Why i loved your pizza and i just ordred one today and i did not like it at all. The new sauce was terrible way too spicey, and not enough cheese. If it is not broke dont fix it. You are no longer one of my fave pizza places.

Tonight I ordered from domino's and I can honestly say it is the worst experience I have ever gotten form the store in my neighborhood. Truly disappointed with everything. The new chicken bites taste like all breading which makes you wonder if it is real chicken like they say. And the pizza was horrible. it taste like they pre-made it slopped on a sprinkle of veggies and masked it with some ( a very little amount ) of cheese. It was barely warmed. I have been a good customer but this makes we want a vacation from domino's.

I always ordered Dominos pizza online and the pizza is nothing special. The good thing about it is that it's pretty cheap if you use the coupons online. I also tried the BBQ chicken wings, lava cake, and the bread sticks they have and I was extremely disappointed. The BBQ wings tasted soggy and not enough of the BBQ, the lava cakes were the size of a cupcake even though it looks pretty big on the site, and the bread sticks are served as one whole loaf of bread and you rip it off individually. Overall, the quality of their food is disappointing.

Took over one hour to arrive. Promised in 31 minutes. Arrived cold with no apology, although the delivery guy was nice enough. This was without doupt the worst pizza I have ever ordered in Toronto. The dough was "doughy" no cheese to speak of. Ordered a large. The wife and I had one peice each and the rest went into the garbage. NEVER AGAIN!

Domino's pizza it tastes like rubber, their trying to be all authentic. What the heck it tastes even worse than it was before they changed it in the first place. I rather eat tuna and throw it up. If your not going to make good pizza dont make pizza. Also your variety sucks. So just stop making pizza or make it better. Be more like Pizza hut or Papa Johns.

Is there a 0 star rating on this thing? anyway i hope dominos goes out of business and all the employees find a job far from my food! when i called dominos the person spoke to me with an "I hate my job/life" attitude, got my order wrong and put me on hold for 10 min! No Joke! when they got to my door after about an hour (what happened to 30 min or less?!?) they overcharged me and after another 15 min i just said screw it and gave him the money. Now when i open my pizza box and hotwing box, SURPRISE!,its the hotwings have 0 sauce on them and the pizza is like eating cardboard mixed with dog s***. I will never buy from them again and i hope nobody else will. P.S.-Dominos is like a meth addict that says hes done and relapses. they say in the commercials that they will change but continue to feed people horse s***. IF THERE IS ANY JUSTICE DOMINOS WILL BE SHUT DOWN BY A HEALTH INSPECTOR

I order from my local domino's (mississauga) all the time. the internet sometimes messes up, but that is not the franchisee's fault, so i don't blame him. i always get what i pay for. I think some people get too upset and forget that it's just pizza. I would never throw a fit over pizza. those of you who do this should really look around and find the real problem to be fixed, don't take it out on poor pizza makers. Domino's pizza is a GREAT place to grab a little comfort food.

I stopped by and had their lunch special which was a small cheese and pepperoni pizza with a drink. The outer crust reminded me of garlic breadsticks in appearance and flavor but the sauce was a little too sweet for me and the cheese had little to no flavor. It wasn't the worst meal that I've ever had but I wouldn't go out of my way to try it again.

I spent over 15 minutes trying to order dinner as I'm working late at the office. The Dominos website would not let me properly apply the coupon. It kept saying that my order was incomplete--even though all three items required by the coupon were in my cart. The total was over $2 more than the coupon stated before tax or delivery charges were added in. I called the store and was unable to get help. I've now spent over 20 minutes trying to get dinner as I've been filling out your form. I'm disappointed in the website, in the store representative, who probably should have offered to make it happen for me in spite of my trouble on the web (he didn't offer). Now I'm sending you this so you know why you likely lost another customer who will not likely again trouble himself to go through such as hassle to do business with you. Honestly the food isn't that great that it's really worth it. I'm now going to go online and find a forum that focuses on Dominos Pizza and post this message.

I stopped ordering (AGAIN) from the Domino's Pizza in Olney MD because of their bad service. Usually, I order for my kids when I am not home but now I rather make them wait until I get home or I go somewhere else even if it means getting in the vehicle and driving after I arrive. THREE PROBLEMS: 1. I place an order and they bring me something else. They have even delivered food with someone else's name and address. 2. My children go to the door to wait for the delivery and the driver doesn't give them their change back and waits for a tip, as he should, instead he keeps the money. Last time it happened I hid, hear and it was true. That was the reason why I stopped ordering the first time. But I said let me give it another try only to find out they still bring me what I didn't order then, 3. you call them and if they don't hang up on you they are rude. You can find pizza and good service anywhere, I am done with them!!!
