German Heavy Metal Rockers have sold over 100 million albums worldwide. They have performed all over the world including Soviet Russia. The songs are always well written and they have received many awards worldwide. A major player in Guitar hero their songs will live on well into the future. Lets Rock them like a Hurricane into the Rock Hall.

Wont happen any time soon. this group of voters frowns on heavy metal for the most part.

I like the Scorps a ton. Not sure theyd be the first choice. Others have waited longer, with a deeper track record. Still a strong German candidate.

How can one of the most world wide popular bands on this earth, be so underrated. Most people do not know the history of this band. Fact is, they were very influential in the Heavy Metal/Hard Rock scene. This is just another one of those injustices so very frequently found in that joke of an institution called the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Never have been overly impressed with their work. There are several bands in the U.S. and Europe that are more deserving of induction to the HOF than these guys.

Anybody who doesn't think Scorpions belong in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame clearly knows nothing about rock and roll or Scorpions. Look at some of the other bands that have made it. Blondie, ZZ Top, Lynyrd Skynyrd. Are you kidding me? Scorpions are INTERNATIONAL superstars. To this day they play in sold out arenas all over the world. Go to SE Asia and people have never heard of Led Zeppelin or the Rolling Stones, but if you mention Scorpions .... EVERYBODY knows them. Very few bands have had the world wide following that Scorpions have. ZZ Top is in the Hall of Fame and Scorpions arent?? Incredible !!! I would like to hear one legitimate argument of why ZZ Top should be in and not Scorpions. If it wasn't for their beards and MTV, nobody would've even cared about ZZ Top.

LOVE DRIVE is special. TOKYO TAPES has some wonderful moments. Under rated metal band from Germany.

Scorpions have sold 80 million albums you know nothing.

I saw them in concert in the 1980's.  Scorpions are one of my top three favorite bands.  With songs like "The Zoo" and "Animal Magnetism" they put on such a great show!By the way, have you listened to any of their music from the 1970's?  A different style from when they put out in the 1980's.   I prefer their 80's style though.

They have a ton of terrific albums like Lovedrive and Blackout. Klaus Meine is a great, great singer. They have a ton of great tunes.

The Scorpions are the best band ever!!! They have sold over 75 million albums, not 22. I know everything.

Simply one of the Best Rock bands of all TIME. Their new release Humanity-Hour 1 is their best album in a long time. HH1 is AMAZING from beginning to end. Every song on it is KILLER ! If you don't own it yet go get it. You will not be disappointed.
