I love way they turn! I can roll up to a ledge from the front and turn enough to grind! I have the sonora lows. The kingpin is pretty strong for the heavier skaters.

they are great trucks and there super light (i had the thunder lights ) but wile me and my friend were playing skate on my board the king pin snapped, it really sucked. I'm not sure but it might have had something to do with the fact that it had a hollow king pin

okay. im 21 years old. from the ages of 16-19 i was flowed from indy and had even been riding them years before that. id have to say that overall i skated indy's for 7 or 8 years. about 2 years ago when indy was having there huge problem with baseplate and hangar breakage i tried a set of thunders the dlxsf rep gave me. they were some 139 appleyards... not one to skate anything but silver trucks i immediately disliked the thunders for the big name printed on them and the blue baseplate. but after a week i was hooked. thunders are the best trucks ever, super responsive turning, amazing grindability andvery very light. after a year and a half on those i switched to the thunder lights.. talk about a dream come true. all the great things about a thunder.... but even lighter. ive been riding the same pair surprisingly for about 6 months and there were still a good truck but yesterday i broke a kingpin. guaranteed against breakage i notified deluxe and asked if i may receive another pair f... i got some ventures, royals, and some thunders, and thunders are the second best in my opinion. Royals are top because they are almost as light as ventures, and are a lot stronger than them too, but thunders are super strong, and can hold up pretty smooth. they give you some smooth grinds, but they wear down easily, and i got them bowed in the middle really bad. they're in the middle with weight and durability, but the bushings are pretty terrible, and they got brittle on my trucks after a few weeks. the kingpin is real low, and doesn't get in the way when i 50-50.

good trucks, little on the heavier side and bad bushings, but if you get Thunder 100's bushings then they are amazing trucks.

Ive had a pair of thunders for about 6 months now with numerous decks and they have stood up amazingly, the king pin is low so grinding is not hindered, as it was with my last pair of indys. I think they are one of the best trucks and if you need more reassurance just look at the pro team

thunders are the best trucks I've had, except their bushings suck, I just putin destructo bushings and they're incredible. I'm scared to try 10 because I think the kingpins are gonna break though

thunders suck ass, they have slow turn response, and other than the thunderlights arent very light. the kingpin sticks out lkike crazy and stops you up on grinds the only good thing about thunder trucks is they have an amazing team and kool graphics

I bought some Thunder Nightcrawlers and I liked how durable these trucks were. I hardly damaged the hanger when doing various 50-50s. I believe this truck would do better with a stiffer set of bushings, however. Four stars.

I THINK THAT THUNDER TRUCKS ARE AN OK BRAND BECAUSE, WELL FOR ONE THING, THEY FALL APART EASLY. BUT THUNDERS ARE WELL KNOWN TO BE THE LIGHEST BRANDS AROUND. SO IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A LIGHT PAIR OF TRUCKS, LOOK FOR THUNDERS. CAUSE' THEY WILL SURELY REDUCE ABOUT 3 LBS.! THEY WILL MAKE YOUR BOARD VERY LIGHT!

I bought raw low thunder trucks today, they are my first proper trucks, although they look like messy metal, the work fine and when i lean they turn perfectly and go back. These are quite nice to use

these are by far the most durable trucks. I've experiemented with all sorts of trucks and have never gotten better results then with these. the kingpins rarley break the trucks are simi-light and they slide nice what more could you ask for with trucks. the bushings that come with them are good as well! get these indys or krux. those are your best choices. -Alex
