I am well satisfied with the service of colonial home warranty. It is nice to deal with the same people on the phone when calling in and the response to service work is speedy and professional. I would recommend colonial home warranty to others.

I have found Colonial home warranty to have excellent Customer Service. I researched many companies before signing up and found this warranty company with great ratings. I have had to call them 3 times in 1 month and had excellent contractors come out. I have found them to be well worth the investment

Our policy went into effect on july 2009. We have had excellent service and prompt attention from all personnel. Very pleased with this company. They service with a smile and very understanding. Also if you want they allow you to obtain your own repair people, but we normally reply on their recommendations.

We called at 7:50 am about our well pump as we had almost no water pressure. I was called about 20 mins later by the technician who came out an hour later. He told me it was the switch that went bad. It was fixed ASAP and colonial covered it all! The customer service and the technician especially was great.

I have been enrolled with colonial home warranty for about 9 months. The salesman explained to me the different plans that they offered and what all is covered and not covered. The technician came out the next day after I called to fix my furnace. They detected that the AC was low on freon and charged it up. All this was covered by Colonial home warranty and I am ready for the warm weather. Thanks

Before getting colonial as my home warranty I was a little skeptical because I read some bad complaints from a website. But I ended up choosing them because my sister is pleased with their service. I am glad I didn’t listen to those complaints because out of thousands of customers, there will be a low percentage of people who will be ungrateful. Listen to me and try colonial home warranty! You wont regret it – money well spent!!

Simple and friendly service from customer service and heating company that came out to fix my furnace. I was very skeptical when looking for a home warranty company, as I have never had one before. But, I’m glad I did after what the bill would of been compared to my 60 deductible. Keep up the good work Colonial Home Warranty! In this economy this is very important coverage. If your having trouble choosing a home warranty company, go with Colonial, you wont regret it!

My garage door opener started making this grinding noise and stopped working. I called Colonial Home Warranty right away. This was my first time having to work with Colonial Home Warranty. What a pleasure it was working with Colonial Home Warranty they sent a company out immediately and after diagnosing the problem that came back out the next day and replaced the entire unit. Wonderful service from this company. Called to report a broken ice maker in my fridge on a thursday evening. Received a call around 10 am the following friday with a promise that a service company will arrive between 2 and 3pm the same day. Company arrived around 2 pm, detected problem with ice maker and replaced it. First experience with Colonial home warranty was refreshing. Thank you!

Everything was good, the repairmen called me with in a couple of hours. He came in the next day to see what was the problem with the furnace and ordered the part that was needed. The next day the furnace was repaired. Colonial even called the next day to see if everything was ok. This is my first time having to call the warranty and so far so good

I have been with colonial Home Warranty since 1/2007. This is the first time I called for service on my heat pump and I got great service. I’m fully satisfied with colonial. It took less than 2 hours to take care of the heat issue. He explained what happened with heat pump and repaired in less than two hours

This company is a scam. They wont follow up on my claims. And give poor service. They will take your money and leave you without service. They wouldn't attempt to resolve my issues, just blame me for everything. BEWARE of this company. They will stick it to you!!!

I have had a great experience with colonial home warranty. they are attentive to my small claims just as much as my big claims. the service reps in my area are wonderful and are very professional. my rates have not changed in three years which is amazing, my last home warranty raised the rates at least 30% every year. they are sensitive to the economic situation and worked out payment plans with me and would even push out payment dates if needed. i appreciate their help and concern for their customers.

Hello, I have this warranty for the third year now. I had alot of claims processed with very professional service providers and very inexpensive co-payments. I have to say I get the best customer service and also very good contractors when I deal with Colonial Home Warranty. I had a water heater replaced the same day I filed a claim, it was literally a one phone call process. Recently they changed the compressor on my 10 year old AC system. I wouldn't be able to afford that repair without the warranty. They really bailed me out. Many Thanks!

This is the third warranty company i have used and have to say the best. When it came to my AC the rep was professional and prompt. It was very hot outside and I was worried it would take forever to get the unit repaired like with the other companies. This was not the case, the vendor showed up same day and got approval to fix the unit on the spot. What a relief not to have to go more than a day without AC when it is 100+ degrees in the south.

OH MY. I would not do a Home Warranty with them ever again, NEVER. My air broke after 40 minutes or more on the phone got it taken care of (I thought). It was not given forward so the next day after 40+ minutes on hold I got it taken care of. The air conditioner repair person went out put a new fan in the air conditioner and called it Fixed. It was NOT fixed the compressor was dead. We found out by running the air and that told us things were not fixed. The insurance company told us because we ran the air, we have to pay for the condensor??? How do you know your air is broken well by running your air and it is not working right? They are dogging the repair because it is a costly repair and the customer service is awful. They can not justify why they are saying this and the rep was stumbling all over himself. Even blaming the air repair service for this. I am appalled and upset. Save yourself from them and go to another Home Warranty CO.

Very bad experience with it, had washer and electrical problems, the contractors never come or never fix it...

I am pleased with Colonial Home Warranty. The best thing I did last year was sign up at www.colonialhomewarranty.com. The second best thing I did was renew this year. My rates didn't even go up this year, even with the multiple claims I had filed. I do reccomend this company if you are shopping for a warranty. No other company that I know of allows you to call directly to your sales representative with service questions. It is nice to have that level of personal service from a large company.

This is the third home warranty company i've had on my home and by far the best. They provide personal service on each claim and do a great job at communicating with the customer every step of the way. I love that I can call and speak to my sales rep and he is more than willing to assist me. It also helps that they have repaired two of my appliances the same day i called with the problems. I do reccomend colonial home warranty based on my personal experience.

I was having issues with my heat and it was fixed for me right away, the response time was amazing, i was very happy with colonial home warranty.

Colonial Home Warranty is one of the best home warranty companies that I had the pleasure of dealing with since I purchased my home in 2002. Their customer service representatives are very helpful and provide a much more personal experience than prior companies I had coverage with. I had my water heater go out last week and it was such a simple process to get it replaced. I am really happy with the selection I made.

Wow, what great service from colonial home warranty. I had two appliances go out last week and they were both fixed within a couple of days. First my washer broke then a day later my dishwasher broke as well. the contractor sent by colonial was excellent. this repair alone was worth the money spent for the coverage. I certainly recommend colonial home warranty!!!

I bought my home last May. Since then, the refrigerator was replaced. The old one was leaking on the floor, but since I went to Home Depot to get another one, it wasn't covered. I was still within the 30 day exclusion. Ok. Dishwasher wasn't working. Ok, still within the 30 days. I replaced it with a Maytag from Home Depot with a 5 year warranty. One burner on stove quit working, past the 30 days now, but part is obsolete and the rest of the stove still works, it isn't covered? I bought a new one from Home Depot with 5 year warranty. Now, AC/Heat unit is acting up. Electric bill 3 times normal and house is cold and puff of 'smoke' came out of outside unit. Repair person arrived at scheduled time. Unit examined. Determined I need a new unit as the old one is worn out but it will function, barely. Freon leak found. Not repaired yet. Filled with freon and left. This was a great company, they handled all my claims with ease, I just renewed for a second year. I highly reccomend Colonial Home Warranty.

Last week on Christmas Eve my heating system stopped working. I promptly called Colonial Home Warranty to let them know. They assigned me a contractor on the spot who actually came out Christmas morning, I was amazed. The contractor was so nice and was even able to get emergency authorization to replace my heat pump compressor that very same day. All of the supply houses were closed so he could not pick up the compressor until Monday but Colonial insisted that he get the emergency backup heat in the system before he left my home since I have small children and it was very cold out. The contractor was able to get the backup heat working then came back after the weekend to complete the job. I was so happy to have this warranty which I purchased from www.colonialhomewarranty.com over the summer!!!

Colonial does not honor their contract. They claim we are not covered for the hot water heater which broke down on Christmas day. Their terms "Coverage will begin 30 days after applicable fees have been received by Colonial. " We paid Nov. 1 they accepted they payment in full on Nov. 2, the hot water heater broke Dec. 25. I don't know what calendar they use but we should be covered, however they denied it saying we were stillin the first 30 days and coverage starts Jan 2! Do not waste your time or money with them.

Wow, I was verry happy with the plumbing company, he repaired a couple of issues in my home yesterday, only cost me my deductable. They came on time, were professional, quick, and clean. Colonial home warranty certainly has a good network of contractors.
