11/03/2006 | UPDATE: I still haven't changed my view on Beyonce. I listened to her new album...it is nothing but noise and TOTAL drama. She still can't sing, and I absolutely think the single off of her new album, "Ring the Alarm" is nothing but a total whinefest- even if it does have a special meaning to her. The song is just way overdone. I also watched the video of "Ring the Alarm," and even though I think she was trying to come off as angry...to me it looked like she was just bouncing off walls and the anger was not REAL..totally choreographed..there was NO depth there whatsoever. As I have said before..Beyonce just needs to bounce out of the music industry. Hopefully she can act...not really looking forward to her new movie...but if it takes her out of the music industry I am all for it. Beyonce is still nothing but YAWN-O-RAMA.

Her voice is unreal, she seems to have a great personality, and she is stunningly beautiful. If I could buy stock I would.

11/03/2006 | R n B's not my thing at all but in the case of Beyonce I make an exception. She's like a younger and sexier Tina Turner who makes songs that have a bit of energy and edge. She also has the kind of full Amazonian figure I like in women, and so is a refreshing alternative to skiiny little waifs like Kylie etc.

01/09/2006 | Beyonce is an excellent singer, I remember seeing her on the grammys or one of those awards shows and she was singing Opera ! she sounded just as good as the best Opera singers, she limits herself to Pop music, she should branch out more, I know she has enough money to do so, unless she is pressured to stay "black". I think she is one of the sexiest women alive. I love her thick thighs and large ass.

01/08/2006 | I don't particularly think it is fair to say that people are jealous simply because they don't rate Beyonce as 'great'. I won't rate her as great either and here are my reasons. A-Granted she has sex appeal, but sex appeal is not talent. B-She has a very good voice, but she screams so much during her songs that it is not often that we get a chance to simply enjoy her voice. C-The songs that she boasts of writing herself don't even seem as if she put any thought in them at all.(one word, bootylicious) D-Listening to her grammar when she gives interviews could make almost anyone cringe. It's downright awful. And it just seems so awful because you would expect it to come out of the mouth of a 15-year-old kid. But in all honesty, I like her voice, I think she is pretty, and am glad that a curvaceous body is being glorified. But she has much more growing to do before she should be considered great.

10/09/2005 | Beyonce is very pretty in a Las Vegas show girl type of way, I don't think she has a great figure after seeing several photos of her in swimsuits (fat thighs, no butt without the help of butt pads, flat chest, and hips for daaaaays!) I'm not crazy about her voice. Dead personality. The music industry kind of forces this girl on us. She's over-exposed and greatly over-hyped. I taped some of her performances and I have come to the conclusion that she really is a very mediocre talent. Britney is prettier, Christina can sing better, Janet and Jlo can dance better, and Madonna has more charisma. Mariah is a better speaker (and singer. If the music industry can find someone with the talent of these women combined, then they've got someone.

04/14/2005 | Mediocre singer. Pretty (by white socity's standard). Arrogant. Screwed over her bandmates to better her own career. Used her looks to make a career for herself. Needs a vocal coach (has no control). There is a reason why people keep leaving destiny's child...
These things wouldn't bother me as much if it wasn't for the fact that she's so unintelligent. She's not articulate and her vocabulary is limited. Even in basic interviews, she seems so coached...so boring...so stupid. Clearly, she's not the sharpest knife in the drawer. She's a black Jessica Simpson.

03/29/2005 | Your love has got me looking so crazy right now (shake a shake a shake)! Put some clothes on girl! She's undeniably pretty, but there is something weird about the girl. Me myself and I is one of my favorite songs. I don't think she deserved no 5 grammy's or half her recognition. SHe can write but she is not an icon in my opinion. I don't think she can sing all that well because she does warble and put too much emphacize on riffs. I wouldn't buy her album though just because of how she did those poor girls and she is wayyyyyyyyyyy too overrated!!! (The Oscars bit proved that every 5 minutes she was on stage, she'll be played out in no time) Shame on her mom and dad whoring her about, as well.

04/30/2004 | overrated. love how she keeps her personal life hush, hush...her vocal tone is thin (unless she sings a different style) and she's just too overexposed...needs speech lessons for interviewing and could stand to take some college courses to become more well-versed and worldy---that makes for a more interesting artist
