Turner Field is way nicer than I expected. The field itself is gorgeous - the grass is about as perfect and lush as anything I've seen. There's an enormous HD jumbotron in center field that they do a good job with showing fans doing entertaining things. The sight lines are fine, there's plenty of good food options, and the vendor service was really fast. Thumbs up for Turner Field.

granted, i'm a braves fan and haven't been in many other stadiums, i think turner field is a gem of a ballpark.  For starter's it's got the world's largest HD screen at 72 x 80 feet. That's always nice.  There's plenty to do aorund the stadium if you're there with the family and the little ones get bored.  (batting cages, radar throws, museusm, ect.) I'll will say that the seats could be another couple of inches wider, as well as a couple inches farther behind the row in fron of you. It can get rather uncomfortable.  but heck, it is a ball park, you can't expect a lazyboy.  People say it's got no character but i say it's only been there a decade, give it time. People also say it's in a bad part of time, but i've never had any problems at all. bottom line, you won't be dissappointed with a trip to turner field.

From the outside, there is a nice area to hang around at, some statues to look at, some concession to buy snacks from, and has the capacity to hold lots of people. On the inside, its not a bad stadium to play ball at either. Atlanta, home of The Braves, Turner Field is not the worst stadium you can go to for a ball game at all.

I love this park. The ticket prices are decent. The club level is nice. The food is amazing. The huge HD screen is the best feature. You will never be able to enjoy screens at other parks after you see this one. The main plaza is a blast. There is always something going on there whether it's live music, or appearances by cartoon characters like Scooby Doo for the kids. Skip and Pete's barbeque is a must visit. It's the best bbq in the U.S. There is a hotel just outside the park and it is safe to walk from it before and after the game. There are police and plenty of fans out and about before and after the game. I never felt unsafe. There is a restaurant right outside the stadium and the food is great. My only complaint is the seats are tight in the lower level and there is hardly any leg room. It's like that in most stadiums I've visited which is why I usually sit in the club level.

My main complaint is that the seats are HIGHLY uncomfortable. The are way too close together, you're practically on top of the person next to you, and I'm a skinny guy. They kind of lean back so you're reclined but the seat comes halfway up your back so it hurts. Seats need to be be wider and more straight up, make the experience enjoyable.

I went with my uncle in 2000. It was Africa hot that day but the beer was cold. Really nice ballpark. I still can't believe it was the main Olympic venue the year before it opened.

Turner Field is a nice one, not great, but pretty good, certainly better than the old Fulton County Stadium that the Braves played in.

Not that great a stadium in perhaps the most dangerous neighborhood in America (I am serious, check out Baseball Stadium Crime Risk Info!!!).

Dissapointing a little more each time I visit. The first time I couldn't hardly get a ticket. Now on a Sunday night game against the first place team of the Central division and half the stadium is full. Was converted from former Olympic stadium and is another similiar stadium to Coors, SBC, and many other new designs. Upper Deck is very high.

Sterile city. It's the NL version of new Comiskey. The fans are lethargic, it's sticky, hot and uncomfortable just like Fulton Co. The upper deck is amongst the worst I've ever seen, far away with very limited concessions. There's just no character.

Nothing to get excited about. Kind of hard to find the bathrooms. some seats are good, but a lot of them are far way from the action. Nothing unique about Turner Field.

Turner Field is great. Who cares about the design, shape, dimensions, etc? You're there to watch the game. Plus, the museum is awesome.

This Camden Yards copy is boring, bland, the planners, city, and organization could have done better. Sorry, sorry, sorry, just like their planning of the '96 Olympic Games

Turner field is an OK place to take in a game...even if it does have perhaps the blandest, most generic design of all post-Camden Yards open-air parks. If it has any distinguishing feature, it would be the extent to which it is dressed up with lots of bells and whistles: games, arcades, gigantic coke bottle, faux beaches, etc. Fun for some, but definitely not for the purist.

From what I've seen this is the worst of the retro parks. They forced an asymetrical shape to the right field power alley. I can never picture what this place looks like because of no distinctive features.

Sweet but unspectacular pitcher's park. Dimensions indicate they're waiting for Henry Aaron to return. Maybe they should have left the back wall the way it was for the '96 Olympics; at least things would be interesting.

I think Turner Feield is awesome! It has everything! And lots of fun stuff to do before the games start! I think champions like the Braves deserve to play in a place like that! oh yeah, just a lil' sidenote...I love the escalators!

I've heard there's a lot to do at this park, other than watch the game, but the big symmetrical look to the stadium makes me yawn. There's nothing distinctive about the design to draw the eye, at all.

Looks nice -- I hate the name (and anything else associated with Ted Turner and Hanoi Jane).
