08/09/2008 | Call me partisan, but I think the Enron situation was one of the most despicable incidents in the history of corporate America. Fuck liberal or conservative, right or left. These guys, who thought they were smarter than anyone else, and above retribution, acted like Visigoths, to the ruin of many an honest and innocent investor.
And they damn nearly got away with it.
Guys like Lay get way too much slack. They are craven betrayers of the very system they purport to support.

08/09/2008 | . . .should be more hated. . .should be more despised considering the amount of damaged caused to rank-and-file working people. . .but hey- it's only a few innocent investors- why the big deal, right? Because if investors like me don't trust the system. . .then there is no system. Deplorable scumbag who hasn't been sufficiently raked over the coals by our gutless media.
