You'd think there would be some fact-checking. Dennis Kucinich was the only Dem. running for true single payer h.c.. Edwards' plan would keep private insurance, but allow people to buy into Medicare.

He still wants to fascisize health care the way most European nations have chosen their demise financially. It's interesting where he draws his line of "I think I can say this, but THAT will alienate too many. " His dependence on sleight of hand will be his undoing in the general election. Joe Lunchbox knows what he's likely to do.

 | Drummond (60) 08/06/2008 | This was one issue where I seriously favored Hillary Clinton. Hopefully, his plan will evolve back towards single payer. A number of the big companies want relief from their retirement plans, so social medicine may catch some unusual support in the next economic recovery.
